Admissions Overview
At Excel Community School, we welcome applications for all academic levels from Pre-School (Crèche, Nursery, Kindergarten 1 & 2) through Junior High School. Admission is designed to be transparent, supportive, and inclusive.
Admission Requirements
To apply for admission, families are required to complete the official admission form, which can be obtained either:
- Online via the ECS admissions portal
- At the school administration office
The form must be completed accurately and submitted along with the required documentation.
Required Documents
To ensure your child's application is processed efficiently, please submit the following with the completed admission form:
- A copy of the child's birth certificate
- A copy of the child's immunization card (weighing card)
- Passport-sized photograph
- Cumulative Record Booklet (for Primary or Junior High School admissions)

Entrance Assessment
To help us place learners appropriately and support their success:
- Kindergarten applicants are assessed in English and number awareness.
- Grade 1 through Junior High applicants participate in an entrance assessment in English and Mathematics.
These assessments help us understand each child's preparedness for the next stage of learning.
